Network installation from providing additional connectivity on an existing network to complete planning and installation for new networks. This can include the provision and configuration of switches and routers to make the installation 'ready to use' on completion.
Installation can include existing telephone system re-configuration or provision of complete IP 'phone systems including designing and programming the customer dialplan and liaising with BT to arrange external connections.
All infrastructure work is carried out by PDG's own engineers ensuring proper control of the project and clear lines of responsibility. Downstream support can be provided either on a standalone basis or as part of a wider support arrangement including the computer equipment.
PDG can also install or extend mains power as part of an installation package. This is carried out by PDG's own qualified staff and all work is certified.
