Three basic programs offer different approaches to building a support service:
Gold offers a one stop, no hassle solution with minimal management involvement and straightforward budget costing. Completely flexible response arrangements and an individually tailored SLA matched to company needs coupled with long term price stability makes this an obvious choice for a more traditional style support service.
Retained provides many of the advantages of the Gold service including flexible SLA and a tailored service but allows for more management control of the day-to-day operation and is better suited where the equipment and site inventory is not stable and support requirements are difficult to predict.
Streamline adopts a different approach altogether. There is no fixed contract and no regular charges - you are simply billed at a fixed rate per call as and when the service is used. Available 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with a fixed range of response and fix times, streamline is ideal as a top up service or where support needs vary considerably from month to month.
All programs include access to PDG's on-line interactive call system where problems can be logged and progress monitored through to resolution. The system also includes access to real-time call statistics and historical call records. PDG support staff are available to provide telephone assistance and to assist with PDG's full range of additional services designed to ensure maximum benefit from the program.
